It looks like Ex Novo already has Fresh Hop Eliot on tap. That's the beer I've shared with you that is so floral and earthy. I think it's centennial hops that they fresh hop the beer with.

Yes, I remember it well. It is hoppy and floral but has a unique earthy quality that makes it stand out.
