Thought it might rain, but it's clearing up. Someone asked if I was worried about gators getting my dog, the other day. My answer is no. The embankment down to the water is much lo ger than it looks in the picture. It's probably about 25 feet, and she stands near the top. She does not like the water and generally doesn't go within 10 feet of it. She is also 75 lbs, which is bigger than a 5-6 foot gator. She is young and hyper alert, in addition. To being g afraid of her shadow. She would highball it out of there if a gator were to come after her...
