SBD is a tetu homebrew kiwi/pineapple IPA. Very nice effort tetu, but your labeling skills pale compared to B's.

FBD. Leffe Blonde. Nice beer after a long, fast bike ride.

Leffe is solid. I had a bad run today after a couple of great ones earlier in the week. The heat and humidity were back.

Leading edge of cool front blew in at lunch time. Still 85 and 70 o/o humidity when I rode, and but that felt good.

My runs this week have been pretty nice. Although, I wait until the evening.

I ran early and it was humid! I was worried about getting rained out but should have waited and ran in the afternoon.

I could feel the humidity shoot up this morning before it rained..... How do you get rained out for a run? You're not gonna melt.

I've probably got 200+ miles of raining running already this year, not up for anymore! I was done with running in the rain and mud after 50 miles at Rocky but have forced myself out into the rain a few more times since then. I've been hailed on, nearly struck by lightening, and seen a tornado this year.

Yeah, he and B put in the miles.

TBD is a Green Flash Imperial IPA. All the ingredients are the gumbo pot and I am letting it cool down. I'll revisit the salt, black pepper and cayenne tomorrow.

Ok, you're a man..... I guess. Haha

SBD Rahr Devils Backbone triple. Good beer but I think I like the Leffe Blonde more better.
