You and I agree that there is some batch variation in Ghost. I guess the hop/grain bill is the same but these ingredients vary from shipment to shipment?

Slight variations aside, I still think Ghost is the best beer brewed in LA. My first beer of 2022 will be a Ghost.

I have no idea why the batches taste different. Had a bunch of mid-October bottles that were awful. Early December bottles were a little better. Had this one, and it's simply outstanding. Why can't they all be this good? And why can't they just go ahead and can Ghost?
