Very nice. Beachwood just recently started distro in Portland.

I read your comments regarding Russian River. Portland sounds almost like the opposite of where you're from. We almost never have bottles of Pliny, but the "tions" are relatively easy to find. Right now, Consecration, Supplication, and Temptation are easy.

Pliny is tap only.

I'm name dropping you like a sumbitch again this year.

Better yet, if you're still here for the second week, I'll buy you an upstream lemon basil.

I don't know of many places to get any Russian River beers but I have two extremely reliable places. Hollingshead Deli in Orange is near where I work in Anaheim and they always have pretty much as many bottles of Pliny as you want. I am truly spoiled living one block from Beachwood. They usually have a RR beer on tap (they have Blind Pig today) and have always had whatever bottle I asked for (I usually ask for Supplication). Outside of those 2 places I don't even know where to get RR beers.

Eta tduecen: I apologize if I came across as an a-hole last night.

Very dangerous at 10.9%. Next up from the McVick Hop Emporium was a Broz Broz Night Night split with the List, also kickass:

Now back at the house prepping for date night is a WKR IPA8 while spinning the AOTY:

Where is the best place to find some of this Houston haze...? I'll be back down next week.

Are you looking for Houston Haze™ Or Houston haze? If non-specific hop juice in Houston, look at Whole Foods on Post Oak or Copperhead in Conroe. Feeding Frenzy just tapped and cans are coming early next week.

Spindletap, of Houston Haze fame, is only open Friday and Saturday. I can spare a can or two of HH in a dead drop location of my choosing next week if the heart is content on that specific brew, but there are many to be had now
