We didn't make it to this one during our visit last weekend, but we DID hit up Schulz Brau and MOB. Both were great!
We also, somehow, managed to buy a house while we were there, so there will be plenty of time to explore all Knoxville breweries

Schulz Brau is great. We debated that for stop 2 but went to Gypsy Circus.

Good house with great bones in a great neighborhood. It's a little bigger than we had planned, but we couldn't pass it up.
Also, it's on the Dogwood Trail, so we're really going to have to step up our yard game
