FBD while smoking meat.

I really like this one.

Meat is expensive in my neighborhood.

NBD

ET: this is great, but I think I may prefer Neutral Ground.

Yeah. It's a top quality meat market, though. Most items are a little more expensive that the grocery store, but they have just about anything you want, and it is excellent quality. They cut to order if you want.

To say the least. American wagyu strip is just $35- 40 / lb at local grocery stores here (Long Beach, CA) not $90. Maybe there is a difference in quality but hard to believe to that extent.

The Wagyu Ribeyes are $39.99/lb.

I paid $2.09/lb for pork butt. It was already trimmed perfectly, so I didn't have to trim it, or pay for fat I was going to trim, anyway. A little expensive? Yeah. A little, but not terrible. I would rather support the local butcher, than buy my meats at Safeway.

3BD is a Parish Braincake while prepping a chicken noodle soup. First time trying this and as others have said, it is quite good.

NBD is a Bitches Bank to celebrate exiting the stall. The temp is 170 and climbing. The end is in sight!

It's 50 and sunny here today. I've been grilling and ripping out a jetted tub. The previous owner of our house thought that replacing the master closet with a massive jetted tub was a great idea. Of course, that's why we bought the house for $70k less than he paid for it 3 years ago. Okay, he made a couple of other dumb decisions, too, but that was the worst move he made.

Howdy, it's been a minute. FBD is a little old and a little malty.
