I didn't realize YR used Mosaic hops. I get no mosaic from YR. We had a tasting one night and everyone was like "Where's the hops?" "Where's the Hops?". And I have tried it several times...on draft and a fresh bottle Ryno sent me.....I think I hurt his feelings when I said I didnt like it.

You got the Dallas receptors, I have the Houston. Difference in smog fricked us both up I suppose.

So far I have had 2 batches I like and one that was okay. Hoping to bring some fresh back to Louisiana.

Mandarinas has been steady. The yellow rose has for the most part done good one my pallet.
