But LL, if you DID have a KA mixer, imagine all the yummy cupcakes you could make. 
I'd love to have one, and I would definitely use it, especially the dough hook to make homemade pizza dough. Unfortunately space is an issue in my kitchen. My dream kitchen has a pastry area complete with a hidden cabinet for things like this.

Well that's just it. I don't eat sweets and I don't ever even attempt to bake (not a fan of exact measurements).
I'd love to do the pizza dough though! And I like it for homemade mashed potatoes :D

I feel your pain! Brag bought this house without my opinion (we didn't know at the time I'd be moving in) and he unfortunately didn't notice there is no pantry.
We are in the process of getting a stand-alone one, but regardless.. the kitchen is cluttered with all the cooking stuff I own.

Yeah, but here's the rub LL... You spend the money and it kind of makes you to justify buying it, and then before you know it you're doing things you never thought you'd attempt because quite honestly, it's like anything, good tools make it fun and more enjoyable to do more complex food, baking, etc.
