Do yourself a favor and get some fresh Faroe Island Salmon from the fish market.

We pan seared some with a soy sauce/sweet chili sauce glaze. Side of Jasmine rice, carrots and snap peas.

The farms there are just netted off areas in the ocean.

They signed an agreement in 2018 to not catch wild North Atlantic Salmon for 12 years (as you may know).
For farmed salmon, it was damn good.
