ETA: Move along, nothing to see here. Looks like they ran out around 10:30 AM per their Facebook page.

I believe the gift certificates expire in July, but the cards don't expire. You can buy up to four. Eat half price for a year!

If only I had this in when I was in College, I actually ate there at minimum 3 times a week.

I have an Izzo's very close by. SO and I tend to go a lot. We hit up this deal last year and again this year.. Totally worth it if you go frequently.

I think, in the state of Louisiana, gift certificates can't expire until at least 5 years after issuance.

That's interesting. The certificates last year definitely had a printed expiration date in July 2016. I'm sure I read the same thing concerning this year's, but I can't find it. They may have removed it from FB since the offer has expired. Anyway, I'll have no problem using up $100 worth by July.

The regular gift card doesn't expire, so there is probably a loophole for the gift certificates. These certificates are similar to Groupon in the sense that you don't get the remaining balance back on each one if you don't reach the full $10.
I believe the law with Groupon is that you get the amount you actually spent on the certificate (not the amount it is worth) back if it expires, so since you get these for free, that is probably the loophole.
