pineapple juice? I made some today in the blender and it was awesome. I'm sure it's got a name, but I looked in my two bar books (A-Z Bar Guide and Boston Bar Guide) and couldn't find a name for it.
Anyway, if you like that kind of drink I recommend it.

Did it taste like an alcoholic Orange Julius?

That's what my wife said.
I've never had one so I wouldn't know.

That sounds awesome if so. Thanks, I might try out the recipe tomorrow evening.

That's pretty complicated. I like simplicity. My concoction had 3 ingredients, 4 if you count the ice.
*Rum (I used Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum)
*Orange Juice (Tropicana Premium, no pulp)
*Cream of Coconut
*Ice
Bscially the rum and the cream of coconut are in equal parts and the OJ is double. So, for example, 8 oz of OJ, 4 oz of rum, 4 oz of cream of coconut. You can adjust portions to suit your tastes. I think I ended up making it a little weaker than that because my wife doesn't like strong drinks. I think I ended up with 8 oz OJ, 6 oz cream of coconut, and 4 oz of rum.
Put it all in a blender and blend.

Indeed, especially on a hot day.
