Just had dinner here. One of the best meals I had in years. Crawfish and grits and redfish over pasta were really exceptional!

How was the crawfish and grits done? Was it like an etoufee?

No it was not like an etoufee. I was weird about that because I’m not really an etoufee fan. It was definitely thinner. Seemed like a slightly creamy sauce with onions and bell peppers sautéed in.
