EMP Orange Cranberry Granola (pics)

For those fortunate enough to have ever dined at Eleven Madison Park in it's heyday, you will remember how they gave a departing gift of their house made granola which has been my favorite iconic granola to which all others are judged.

I just got an email from them which included another (different) granola recipe so I figured I would make it tonight since it is peak of orange season and I have a ton of oranges.

Grate zest of 4 large oranges




Mix oats, raw sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, raw pumpkin seeds.





Make syrup with EVOO, Maple syrup, brown sugar and zest



Mix everything and spread on a pan into the oven for 2 hours at 225.





Out of the oven toss dried cranberries, raisins, currents
