Ignoring your snark, Emeril has been hard hit with the Covid. I've heard he is on hard times with all of his restaurants being closed.

A few months ago he had that entire test kitchen building up for sale. Not sure he wants to be in the restaurant business any longer.
Maybe a couple of places that have his name on them is his future.
