So I got a Masterbuilt electric smoker...really like it so far. Usually smoke things on a legit side fire box charcoal smoker. Got this for ease of use. Question...how have you guys maximized the smoke? It puts out but its really not like Im used to..any tips?

Not familiar with a watt burner. I will say this however, the vast majority of meat I see is over smoked to the point of being black! A thin blue smoke is what you're looking for It comes from a clean fire. The meat should be the color of a tan, dark haired beach babe. Bronzed. HTH

Get rid of the chip crap, switch to an AMNPS pellet tray.

You shouldn’t see a ton of smoke, should be wispy thin blue smoke.
