Don't sleep on Bellue's seafood dressing...

got a couple of bags that I'll thaw out, put in casserole dish, add pats of butter and a little freshly grated parmesan. 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Really good stuff if they still have it.

I was just looking at their website today. How are their sides in general? Any you recommend more than others?

I'll be honest, I've only eaten the seafood dressing that someone told me about years ago. So good. Pretty sure everything is good because they've been in business for years.
