When I was a kid I thought it was excellent. Great taste with crab claws and shrimp. Went last weekend. It said it had blue crab in it, but I didn’t see it. It was more like a stew, and if I had to guess, it came from a box. Pas Bon.

LSU area or the Gonzales one? Just curious. I heard Gonzales is stronger these days.
I always found their food to be good.

Gonzales. Had chargrilled oysters (excellent) gumbo and Caesar salad. Caesar salads were inedible because of the huge amount of Parmesan cheese and dressing. Had to order another plate of lettuce.

I know I loved it back in the late 90s or so. Used to go whenever my mom would visit me at LSU. That bisque was baller as well.

Yes, and when I’m paying for it, if i could get it like I like it, that would be great.
