Honey garlic chicken thighs
I make these honey garlic chicken thighs all the time and they are so good.
Broccoli is not part of the recipe, but we added it last time. I just steamed it and threw it into the sauce at the end, while it was thickening so it wouldn't get mushy. It was a great addition.

Would this recipe work with boneless thighs?

Sure it would! I've used boneless plenty of times. They come out juicy and super flavorful.
We have started tossing in the aforementioned broccoli and some water chestnuts and serving over either soba or udon noodles, but it's also awesome with a side of mashed potatoes...they soak up the amazing sauce.
ETA: I have noticed that the boneless sticks a little more than the bone-in, so be careful not to tear when you flip the chicken, but a sprinkle of olive oil halfway through helps.
