I only buy Maple Syrup from the Franklin Farmers Market in Franklin, TN and it will mold if not refrigerated. Of course this comes with no preservatives and is fresh direct from the farm. It's the best tasting Maple Syrup I have ever had and comes from Kentucky Maple tress.
