I have the same. I bought mine from a place that sells overstock/return items. I think I paid about $85 for it and it had never been opened. I've had it about 3 years or so and use it pretty regularly. Burgers, breakfast, fried rice, Philly cheese steaks etc. I was actually thinking last week it's getting much less use at the moment than it has the last few years.

From the same store I bought a Staub cast iron stovetop griddle for about $10, also never used and have been using that a good but lately.

Had a Blackstone Gen 1 for about 5-6 years. The grease drain situation along with constantly having to remove mouse poop before cooking finally led me to get a new Traeger Flatrock. The Traeger is recessed so burners are protected from wind and in the case of my old black stone leaves. Has a lid, that seals when not in use no more mouse poop. Also the grease drain is much better.

What size is that? Are you happy with it? I’m going to pull the trigger on something soon.

It is about 33 inches across and 18 deep. Slightly smaller than my old Blackstone 36 inch, but is much better build quality. Also the Traeger has a 5 year warranty. The side shelves fold down and are huge.

Thanks. I’m going to put it on my comparison list.

I was just gifted this that fits and works perfect over the gas burner on my grill.

I broke it in with some dollar store bacon and canned has I gave the dogs.

That is the brand I recommended but my Little Griddle is 16" X 24". I have a 40" grill.

I have a blackstone and love it. Made french dips on it last night for the game. Huge hit.
I barely use the grill anymore having a griddle. It just taste better. And I cook a lot.

Breakfast, burgers, fajitas, fried rice is mostly what I see people using it for. Anything else?

All of those things plus quesadillas, tacos, & cheesesteaks. I haven't done it yet but a lot of people use oil in foil pans on their blackstones to fry food.

I used mine once. For our family, it's the solution to a question no one asked.

I have one for my grill. But I generally just break out the electric griddle and place in counter. I like the temp control and cleanup is much easier for my uses
