I ttend to not drink much as I eat. Others at the table get refills but I don't.
So I happpily accept those go cup offers at the end of the meal. It's usually my only refill.
Smart by the waitress too. I usually give her an extra buck.

Unsweetened Tea is usual. Will get coke for if I want Bourbon and Cokes but don't want to make a stop at the store.
