As far as chains go, it's one of the better ones. It's kind of an odd chain. They aren't widespread nationwide and the BR location is the only one in Louisiana I believe.

My first job in 1996, and still the grossest kitchen I've ever seen.

Eta: worked at J. Alexanders too. It was the most impressive kitchen I've ever seen/worked in. Country club of La. Was inferior by every measure.
