So then why critic Jeff on Seviche saying it is not authentic tasting and at one point claimed it really wasnt Seviche? I have watched every season of this show and when someone makes a dish that is not authentic then they give them hell on it. They acted like it was perfectly normal to put gumbo on grits and the London guy EVEN noted how AUTHENTIC it tasted! Im sorry I seriously wonder if any of them has had a real gumbo. If it tastes good fine.. Thats great but dont call it gumbo and certainly dont claim its authentic tasting. This reminds me of Bobby Flay making a Jambalaya.

Just watched it.

The gumbo was offensive. I can't stand it when people claim "I'm from the South so I know about (insert regional detail here)". So you're from Texas and you automatically know how to herd cattle? So you're from Alaska so you can build an igloo?

She needs to go.
