Did a little travel cooking.

I was invited to Fredericksbourg Tx this past weekend and got to do several wine tastings and dinners. One winery actually took the time to pair one of their wines with the dinner I was preparing for our hosts. If you get there hit up Grape Creek Vineyards.

It was really nice. We joined for a few months to see if we like more of their other wines.

I live about 45 minutes from there. Great area with a lot of excellent food options.
