Delta Heat gas grill

Anybody on here ever used one of these?
I put an offer in on a house that has a summer kitchen with one of these grills. The grill has never been used. It's the 32" model with infrares sear zone and rotisserie set up.
Reviews on line seem mixed. My experience is that a lot of crappy reviews on high end grills are due to user error.
