We have a kitchen aid and I have thought it would be nice to have a meat grinder- not only to grind our own beef but I would also like to play around with making some sausage and boudin.

Are there any particular grinder attachments that anyone recommends or advises against?

I bought this one last year. Only thing I use it for is when I do a brisket, I take all the fat and trimmings off my brisket and grind it along with a big pork butt to make breakfast sausage. It’s been a damn good little grinder for what I use it for.

Was about to post the same one. I've used it to grind a few pounds at a time a few times and it's worked great. Haven't tried sausage on it.
