I'm house/dog sitting for my daughter in Prairieville and really craving a debris poboy.
It's one thing I'm not sure where to find nearby.
I did a search here, but only found posts about phillys
ETA- After the game last night and wanting to stay on the couch to watch the Bengals in my "stretchy Sunday clothes" I got door dash from Off the Hook.

Been a while since I've been there but Bistro Byronz does a debris poboy thats pretty good
