You’re a 100% right, but shouldn’t the establishment, Dave & Busters, have a policy against this? You can blame parents and society, and you definitely wouldn’t be wrong, but this particular establishment could be more proactive about loitering.

In today's unfortunate world, protests, national headlines, cries of racism would shut the establishment with the quickness if they instituted or tried to enforce that.
Look at that Starbucks incident last week.
