A couple of weeks ago, I posted a recipe for curried Chicken salad.
Diced chicken meat (I use thighs)
Celery, Major Gray's Mango Chutney
Cashews
Raisins
Mayo
Curry powder
Cayenne pepper
Here is the end result:
I have no measurements. Just add to taste. Love this.

Good call. I need to make some. I usually make a Thai influenced recipe with lime, cilantro, diced hot peppers and ginger.
