Whats the call on putting these bags in the boil? I usually just do cajun land powder with a touch of liquid boil and some celery powder. Im thinking of making one of these bags to throw in. Essentially is the same thing as classic pickling spice. You guys use it or nah?

Buy the ones in the store or don't use them.
Crawfish seasing isn't supposed to be rocket appliances like many on this board seem to think.

No, I tried it once and won't do it again.
But I only use powder, that concentrate liquid tastes like crap to me as well.

You aren't supposed to drink it straight.

I have been throwing a couple in there just for the hell of it and the fact we happened to have some. I don’t see any huge difference.

No wonder why it gave me instant shits.

I like the bags along with powder and liquid

I've taken two or three bags and ground the contents very fine. Placed in cheese cloth and into the boil. Nothing to write home about, but I did feel like the "goody" in the bags was more readily available.

Stick to the basics Heads or Tails Seafood seasoning. Just add 1/2 can of salt. Done. LINK
