i think that will be fun. i know it will be tedious, but should be good once i get it down.

that sounds pretty good.

i like to take boneless chicken breasts and rub them down good with some olive oil and let them sit for a little bit. then i cover them good in lemon pepper seasoning and then marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the fridge. i then put some french thyme on them when i put them on the grill.

in 8+hours you couldn't call a friend with a pot setup you could borrow?

I think it's quite presumptuous of you to assume that (a) I have any friends or (b)any one of these supposed so-called "friends" would actually do me a favor

In actuality, I dont know one person here that has a burner and pot setup

the only place I couldve called was the old restaurant I used to boil for, but my buddy sold it.

so no - frick you

I am going to post the exact proportions on here tonight. We usually don't make it too spicy because some of the people that eat with us don't like stuff too spicy so I think it might be one or two boxes (I will check though). I however like spicy stuff so I'm sure that you can amp up the spice and maybe add something different if you want.

glad to hear your bday crawfish boil was a success man.

I boiled 2 sacks yesterday for my bday too...they came out perfect

we are doing another few sacks for Good Friday down at our camp on Belle River in Pierre Part.
we can usually get them for a pretty good price down there.

I'm pretty OCD about stuff so I keep it clean. It's pretty dirty on the inside though. I keep it in a storage room that is pretty clean.

FWIW, you could cook 35 lbs of crawfish in that pot you have at one time.

Yeah I could but I just find it easier to do them in two batches, unless I'm doing the can on another burner.
