1) People move (like west to east).
2) People talk, read and learn.
3) Plenty of subpar crawfish cooked west of the basin.

Love the idea, but it's more of pain to keep that stuff frozen (we would need a LOT) than to just grab a few bags of ice from the machine and add extra powder
