Lucky Town out of Jackson, MS is shutting its doors as well

I had some of their beers and liked them. I would think Jackson would be ripe for a decent brewery.

The location is amazing - space, parking, and downtown Covington with access to a huge potential lunch crowd with the parish offices right next door.

A good brewery would’ve done well. Covington was the anithesis of a good brewery tho lol.

Surprised more breweries don’t adopt the pizza joint / brewery combo - not sure if it’s a legal issue in La tho.

What're the stupid laws besides a high corporate income tax rate and franchise taxes?

I'm guessing the one where they have to go through a distributor.

Cool need to check it out - how are their slices?

SoPro in Hattiesburg has a badass pizza truck outside of their taproom.

Pretty good. Not sure if they sell by the slice or whole pizza.
They have some unique styles of pizza such as boudin.

I've been to Sopro a couple of times, but must have missed the food truck there
