This is a good point.
There was a somewhat dilapidated restaurant building near my office in Atlanta. It was recently torn down and I saw yesterday that they are building a new one.
I was excited about the possibilities. It's a damn Popeyes.
Heck I'd rather have a great local brewpub or something like that in any of these locations, but at least it puts the property to use and keeps the area vibrant.
