Costco $3.99 Prime brisket

I buy all my briskets from costco, sometimes up here it is as low as 2.99/ lb. If you are gonna smoke it get one at least 15lb. By the time you trim it you will lose a few lbs.

They've had that as low as $2.79/lb in the past, and regularly around 2.99.

I guess I don't pay attention but I have never seen Prime for $2.99. I will have to start paying more attention.

We've got one coming to ridgeland--early stages of construction right now but I'll probably be buying most of my meat there when it opens
