Are you talking about a deli to buy already prepared corned beef or do you want to simply make your own?
If the latter, just buy one of those pre-seasoned corned beef packets from a store like Rouses and make it yourself. All you have to do is boil the thing for a few hours until fork tender and then slice it like you want for sandwiches.

I suggest the OP smoke it, a Pastrami Reuben is the bomb.
Not sure if the OP is aware or not but corned beef is simply a brined and pickled brisket and if you smoke it then it is Pastrami, all the exact same piece of meat prepared a bit differently.

Recently, we have used a packaged corned beef, cut into chunks to be the meat for a large vegetable soup with cabbage, potatoes, corn, diced tomatoes, butter beans, etc.
Added some crumbled andouille sausage from Wayne Jacob’s on W 5th in LaPlace, (not Airline).
