Done, but I stand by my previous opinion on corn in gumbo. May as well put green beans and purple hull peas in it.

Movin' right along here. Quiet night at home for a change. Funroe wore me out.

And, the gumbo from Lea's wasn't nearly as good when I brought it home, but still very acceptable and I would order it again. HOWEVER, what I brought home had HUGE pieces of sausage and those long pieces of chicken that burn the chin. Had to put the meat in a bowl, first, and chop it up. And, then there was that bay leaf that you know I don't believe belongs in gumbo. You'll be disappointed, though...no okra.
