Cheese, pepperoni, a few mushrooms. Pretty damned good!

Pizza looks great. I've given that recipe alot of thought, and never done it. Now I think I'll have to give it a try.

What size cast iron did you use?

Easy in that ingredients are readily available, and didn’t require any mathematical calculations, lol ??

10” cast iron skillet is my choice, but make sure to use sliced, low moisture cheese, and that it is on the sides of skillet to get that crispy edge! Can fill the center with grated cheese tho…
