Just did this last week. Kids at camp, wife got called on a last minute business trip.
Wed night: liquid dinner, as I was working on a project
Thurs. night: HUGE filet with asparagus and a bottle of cab
Fri night: made a pan of shrimp Aurora with enough leftovers for wife when she got home the following day.
Friday, I was going to pick up the Aurora from Monjuni’s, but decided to make a larger portion for the same price. I was glad I did after I was done- it was delicious.
