What are some good recipes to cook duck? I have a bunch of duck breasts from some teal, green heads and few others.

I like to wrap the duck breast with jalapenos and cream cheese and then wrap that with bacon to hold it together and then throw them on the grill.
Last week I did fried duck breast and it came out alright.Sliced the breast into nuggets. Soaked the breast for a about 2 hours in milk and a few dashes of LA hot sauce. Then covered in flour then fried.

Prepare them like this, then marinate for 30 minutes or so in your favorite marinade (I use teriaki base). Money.

Try this : Prep your wraps and the n marinate then in Catalina French dressing for a fews hours. Then grill med. rare while basting with a sauce of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and some melted pepper jelly in it. Great stuff.Use about 1/2 bottle of sauce and about 4 oz. of pepper jelly.
