When I was there on a project 4-5 years ago, the Motor Supply Company Bistro was quite the "it" place. Looks like that area along Gervais St. is still happening.

Don't leave without a breakfast or lunch at a Lizard's Thicket in town. Country cookin makes ya good lookin.

Definitely Lizard's Thicket for a great breakfast or meat and three lunch. Motor Supply would be my rec for a nice supper, and Palmetto Pig (BBQ buffet) for a casual lunch.
