It's my adaptation of an old Rachel Ray recipe, and she called it fajita soup. I guess that just stuck with me, but you're right that it's typically tortilla soup.

Ina Garten's beef bourguignon

Essentially a fancy French version of beef stew which will blow you away. So damn good.

I did this white chicken chili on the BGE. Certainly different and we enjoyed.

I made this again last month. Just delicious and well worth the effort. I didn't serve it on bread, but we had some nice crusty toasted bread for dipping and Bob Evans mashed potatoes on the side for those who wanted the mashed.
