Wife going to cookie swap party this week. Everyone has to bring a batch of homemade cookies. Any easy recipes for an easy homemade cookie, preferably a Christmas cookie.

Chocolate crinkles are nice...soft, very chocolatey, with a crackled white exterior showing the chocolate underneath: LINK

Biscotti made w dried cranberries and shelled pistachios are red and green without being too obvious about it: LINK

Shortbread is super easy to make in a food processor....sprinkle some red or green coarse sugar on top if you want a holiday feel: LINK

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut recipe on allrecipes is legit. Made a batch yesterday for my nieces Birthday Party they all went. Hardest part is fining mac nuts. In my WalMart they were next to the Blue Diamond Almonds.
