I don't think of that, but I do have a small generator that I can hook to my freezer.

It's not that hard to see a line of gristle running down a strip.

I agree, but if you're buying choice grade, you also shouldn't have it. I know it can happen but if it is a continuing occurrence, something is wrong with the supplier.

Albertsons, which has only sold choice for the last several years. The gristle isn't obvious just looking at the steaks. It's also been an issue with porterhouse and T-bones.

Great price, but I feel those look much more like select than choice.
