That’s cheap these days. And it comes with fries. If that’s too much might want to try McDonalds.

I'm sure it's great. but it's a chicken sandwich and fries. there is just no ingredient coupled with a food truck's overhead that justifies that price. downvote away it's just facts.

$12 for sandwich and fries according to their menu. Doesn't seem outrageous compared to similar options.

Yeah I love the people are acting like they aren't cheaper than McDonald's these days

The guy above me clearly hasn't walked in a grocery store lately.

Your $6 lunch doesnt exist anymore....

Its in the parking lot of a mechanic shop.

I see their google address is in industriplex Did they move from that spot in front of 4WP on airline?

Edit: It looks like their Facebook says that the truck is mobile again so they can move it around.

I would imagine you have never paid vehicle insurance in Louisiana. Commercial insurance on that truck is close to $20k a year. Half that in Texas. That’s a lot of chicken sandwiches he’s got to shove out the window.

And that is just one expense. Add GL insurance, fuel, food cost, maintenance (apparently a new motor) labor, insurance, permits and taxes and that chicken sandwich direct cost adds up. I’m sure the guy would like to be able to pay himself as well as make a modest profit.

I’d say you aren’t quoting facts, just poor assumptions.
