My favorite is to marinate them in a Cuban lemon and garlic marinade. 1 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup olive oil 12 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 Tbs sea salt 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped 1 tsp freshly ground pepper Pat dry and place in a ziploc bag, pour the marinade over, leave overnight flipping a couple of times. Grill and enjoy.

sounds good, but do not see the Cuban connection ???

I usually do two different flavors. Something spicy with a Habanero base and the one BBQ flavored one. I have been using Southern Art Korean BBQ and it's amazing.

Here is a good one, marinade wings over night in wishbone Italian
Grill over smokey Wood fire.med heat, sprinkle with home.made Cajun dry rub, flip after 5- min sprinkle again, cook untill almost done and paint with Cholula hot sauce. Turn and paint again. Serve with home made blue cheese dip, magtag quality w garlic
Don't use salty seasoning like Tony's.
