chicken boullion / scrambled eggs

Does anyone use a little better than boullion in their scrambled eggs?
I bought some "chicken salt" but then I gave the better than boullion a shot.
I kind of like chicken flavored eggs. Anyone else?

I'm going to it. What ratio do you go with?
I've been putting some cream cheese in mine lately.

2-3 eggs to 1 large tsp boullion- roasted chicken.
I mix the boullion w ~1 Tbs water, then add the eggs.

Why not just add grilled chicken thighs?

Would be similar, but I don't always have the thighs handy.

I added ground chicken to eggs a couple of weeks ago. It was pretty good. The chicken was leftover from a quick chicken fettuccine alfredo using store brought alfredo in a jar.
I like the chorizo sausages that come in a six pack also. But I've been trying to go healthier

It is interesting that you never see chicken available for an omelette. Or steak for that matter.

Ihop has both chicken and steak omelets

Put some leftover shredded pot roast (I use rump mainly, sometimes chuck) in your omelet with some shredded sharp cheddar.
Trust me.

Yep.
I usually fix a four egg omelet every day for breakfast. Always add cheese, and I’ve been known to add pot roast, pulled pork, even some shredded bbq chicken for extra protein.

I tried it. Used 2 eggs and chedder cheese. I liked the flavor. I believe it would help flavor ground chicken.
