These Forschner's are nice also.

forschner knives

Commercial kitchen quality. I bought a set for my outdoor kitchen. You can put a badass edge on them, but they do dull quicker than my Wustoff's.

Dexter Russell's are similar to Forschner's. I like the black handles.
