Assembling fajitas is a PITA. I don't assemble my own tacos or burritos while eating out. I ate at the Melting Pot once, and besides being gross, overpriced and thematic, I couldn't understand paying to cook or assemble your own meal at a restaurant.

I feel the same way when people use chicken on the bone in gumbos. Makes it very hard to eat.
